Procedure: Closed Ethnic Rhinoplasty (Scarless Nose Surgery) with Chin Implant
Goal: Correction of an under projected nasal tip and wide bony dorsum was achieved, enhancing both function and aesthetics by refining tip definition, aligning the nasal dorsum and septum, and restoring overall facial balance. The closed (endonasal) technique ensures scarless rhinoplasty results with a natural appearance.

This female patient, with ethnic/mestizo nasal features, presented:

  • Wide nasal bones and short and weak nasal septum
  • Weak nasal tip cartilages leading to bulbous tip.
  • Thick nasal tip skin
  • Micrognathia (when the chin sits further back than normal compared to the rest of the face).

To achieve a more balanced facial profile, along with the ethnic closed rhinoplasty a chin implant was also placed, enhancing jawline proportion and creating a natural alignment between the nose and chin.

Through a closed scarless rhinoplasty approach, ethnic rhinoplasty was performed, and the deviated nose was corrected and facial symmetry enhanced. By using the Combined Auricular Graft Technique described by Dr. Escobar, the nasal tip structure was anatomically reinforced, providing stable long-term support. The combined deviated nose surgery with chin augmentation achieved natural harmony and balance, all without visible external scars.

  • Stronger nasal tip support with improved projection and symmetry
  • Smoother and more refined nasal bridge for a balanced profile
  • Enhanced chin projection with implant, creating better facial proportion
  • Improved harmony between nose, chin, and overall facial features
  • No visible scars – closed (endonasal) rhinoplasty technique
  • Improved nasal breathing and septum alignment
  • Natural results respecting the patient’s ethnic features and thick skin

I came to Dr. Escobar after seeing his website and his amazing results, and I decided to travel from Germany for my own procedure. For years, I struggled with a deviated nose and constant breathing problems.<br>From the very first consultation, Dr. Escobar inspired confidence. He explained my case in detail, guided me through every step, and was always attentive before and after surgery. The recovery was smooth — no pain, no complications.<br>Now I can finally breathe well, and I feel more confident in my appearance. My friends and family tell me that my result is excellent and that Dr. Escobar is a very skilled surgeon.<br>I am deeply grateful and would recommend Dr. Escobar without hesitation

For women and men—whether primary or revision—my intent is to achieve natural, balanced results that blend seamlessly with the face while preserving—often improving—breathing. Guided by facial proportions (Golden Ratio), I design a tailored surgical plan for each patient. When appropriate, I favor the endonasal (closed) approach to refine with precision, reinforce structure, and avoid visible external scars, aiming for long-term stability and function. Every case receives my direct oversight; we set realistic goals together, so results enhance beauty, respect individuality, and build confidence.

Revision rhinoplasty. Secondary surgery is both technically complex and emotionally demanding. I carefully review your prior history, support you throughout the process, prioritize restoring function, correct asymmetries, and pursue a soft, natural look.

About these galleries. The cases shown (women and men; primary and revision) are published with explicit patient consent. They are educational, illustrating the kind of natural and functional outcomes that may be achievable in similar situations. Final results vary according to each patient’s anatomy, previous procedures, and individual healing.
